ITS will create individual portfolios for its members. ITS will use the following criteria in evaluating teachers. It includes their number of teacher certificates earned, length of experience, post graduate degrees, leadership roles held, and some other qualifications.

ITS Level A1 (1-3 Points)
ITS Level A2 (4-6 Points)
ITS Level A3 (7-9 Points)
ITS Level A4 (10 or more points)
ITS Level A5 (at least 65 years old and have taught for at least 15 years)
To determine a member's level, ITS will use the following point system. Only validated credentials will be considered. Points can be earned regardless of the place of issue of teachers credentials.
Valid teacher certificate or license (1 Point)
A teacher will earn one (1) point for every additional teacher certificate or license.
Two (2) years of teaching experience (1 Point)
Two (2) years of teaching experience (1 Point)
A teacher will earn one (1) point for every additional two (2) years of teaching experience.
Two (2) years of educational leadership such as coordinator, assistant principal, principal, and supervisor position (1 Point)
Two (2) years of educational leadership such as coordinator, assistant principal, principal, and supervisor position (1 Point)
A teacher will earn additional one (1) point for every additional two (2) years of school leadership experience.
MA degree related to education (2 Points)
If applicable, a teacher will earn two(2) points for every additional MA degree.
PhD Degree related to education (3 Points)
If applicable, a teacher will earn three (3) points for every additional PhD degree.
ITS will use a similar system in evaluating non-teaching education professionals such as guidance counselors, speech therapists, librarians, etc.
